Overview
The Annual Plan allows you to capture your full cultivation strategy for the season, not just your harvest target. By marking an active crop plan as your Annual Plan, you create a fixed reference point for all strategic and in-season analyses in Harvest Forecast, Harvest Overview and soon also in Boards.
This feature replaces the old “Harvest per m² (annual plan)” column in the Crop Plan. Instead of manually entering a single harvest target, you now select a crop plan revision that represents your entire seasonal strategy.
How It Works
1. Marking an Annual Plan
When no annual plan is currently registered, you’ll see a “Mark as Annual Plan” button in the top-right corner of your Crop Plan.
Open your active crop plan.
Click “Mark as Annual Plan” in the top-right corner.
Confirm your selection.
Once you’ve done this, your current crop plan revision becomes your Annual Plan.
2. Viewing or Updating Your Annual Plan
After setting an Annual Plan, the “Mark as Annual Plan” button moves into the menu at the top of the page.
From there, you can:
View your current Annual Plan
Update your Annual Plan by selecting another active crop plan revision
3. Read-Only Mode
Your Annual Plan is read-only. This ensures your original seasonal strategy remains consistent throughout the cultivation period.
If you need to make adjustments, update your crop plan as usual, then mark the revised version as your new Annual Plan.
Migration
If you previously entered your annual harvest target in the “Harvest per m² (annual plan)” field, we’ve automatically migrated that data to the new system.
Your Annual Plan has already been set based on those values — no further action is required.
Availability
The Annual Plan feature is available for Cultivation Management users only, as it forms part of the season planning and optimization workflow.
