Step 1
Ensure that the Work-IT Cultivation/Online API is available.
Contact Nitea to use the Work-IT API and please indicate that you are referring to the API between Work-IT and Source.
a. If you use the winforms/on premises Work-IT Cultivation, there must be an
SSL certificate. This can be requested or checked with the
system administrator.
b. Nitea will ask for approval to share data with Source. Afterwards, they will create the API and share the data with Source.
Step 2
Ensure a one-to-one match between Work-IT cultivations and Source cultivations
To ensure that the harvest data in Source is correct, all Work-IT/Online cultivations must have an exact match with a cultivation in Source. Cultivations that do not match exactly can lead to inaccurate or incorrect data.
Step 3
Only use the “kg” field for harvest registration.
For each crop, per day, Source calculates the total harvest weight by adding up all “kg” values from all operations in Work-IT Cultivation/Online. Only operations related to harvest registration should use this field. If other operations use the “kg” field incorrectly, the harvest totals in Source may be inaccurate.
Step 4
Only use the “Waste” field for waste registration.
For each crop, each day, Source calculates the total waste by adding up all the “waste” values of actions in Work-IT Cultivation/Online. Only actions related to waste registration should use this field. If other operations use the “Waste” field incorrectly, the total waste in Source may be inaccurate/incorrect. It may also be the case that the grower records waste in the same action as “harvesting” but under “garbage.” In that case, there is no separate action for waste.
Step 5
Check historical harvest records in Work-IT Cultivation/Online
Once a Work-IT Cultivation/Online cultivation is linked to a Source cultivation, all harvest and waste data, both new and historical records, will come from Work-IT Cultivation/Online. Ensure that all historical records in Work-IT Cultivation/Online comply with steps 3 and 4 before linking cultivations, as manual adjustments in Source will no longer be possible afterwards. Once the link is complete, all previously manually entered harvest and waste records in Source will no longer be displayed.
Step 6
Continue to enter the average fruit weight in Source
Source is currently not receiving the average fruit weight from Work-IT Cultivation/Online. As this is important information for our models, we ask you to continue to enter it manually in Source.

Yes, at the end of each day, Source will include all adjustments made up to 14 days ago.

These will not be automatically included. To ensure that this information is included, you will need to contact Source support.
